Organized Parsippany’s first clothing and accessories swap to raise awareness on the fast fashion catastrophe.
Climate STEAM Workshop – August 2023
We educated students from Grades 2-5 on the causes and effects of Climate Change and how they could bring about change.
We built presentations, a guide book, did experiments and art work. Students were asked to sign the climate pledge tree to take action in their future.

Our Meatless Mondays Campaign
Our Research and Presentation
Our goal is to push for Meatless Mondays in the Parsippany School District, starting with Brooklawn Middle School. To meet this goal we have been going on a road show with the above presentation.

Adopt a Street, Parsippany
We have adopted Mountain Way and Meadow Bluff Roads in Morris Plains. We inspect once every 2 weeks and remove all trash and plastic. So for we have collected more than 100lbs of recyclables and trash. Our work is logged under KeepMyStreetGreen.org and we encourage all to adopt a street in their neighborhoods.
Stream Cleanups

Drain Audit – Parsippany
We are helping the township of Parsippany’s environmental efforts by auditing unsafe drains to prevent flow of more plastic into the rivers and subsequently oceans. State Of the Planet [News From Columbia Climate School]
The project builds upon the Columbia University Center for Sustainable Development’s Eco Ambassador Program and Eco Ambassadors Solutions Lab with SDGs Today, which equips youth participants with scientific knowledge and skills to promote the circular economy, via development of solutions for mitigating plastic use and establishment of sustainable solutions for management and stewardship of plastic waste within their communities.
